Getting Readers by Using Popular Keywords

I am part a of group that often tries to find more ways to make our articles on the internet to gain more attraction. I finally came up with something and it worked.

My Article Goal

The goal was easy. I created an article using Google’s trends but instead of just using one keyword, I used multiple ones.

How I wrote the article

I wrote an article on coupons and thought about what people would search for when they think of coupons. After thinking a moment, I searched through Google’s trends to see if there were any related words that were being searched for that day. As my luck would have it, there was.

The popular keywords for that day were; coupons, coupons.com, grocery coupons, printable coupons, and free coupons. In my article, I used all of these popular keywords to see what the outcome would be.

The Outcome

It was amazing. My article had only been up for a couple of hours and received over 600 page views. What I really liked about this article is that it is an evergreen article and will draw attention to it throughout the year since many people look for coupons online.

In order to use this method, you have to make sure that you will be able to write and publish it as quickly as possible. Anyone who writes on the internet knows that the mornings popular keyword may fade away by noon and you want to get the most readers as you can.
